Winter Seasonal Salad with Rocket Walnut and Goats Chevre

Large handful of rocket chopped
Few Coriander leaves chopped
2/3 cup Purple Cabbage chopped
¼ cup snow peas chopped lengthways
½ Avocado diced
¼ cup approx. of goats cheese/chevre
Large handful of Walnuts, roasted in the oven on 160 while you prepare your salad
Splash of Balsamic
Splash of Olive Oil
Optional: Tiny sprinkle of Plum sauce
Layer your ingredients in a bowl in the order listed above.
Enjoy with a hot cup of Miso Soup or Chicken Broth.
