Atlantic Salmon and Asparagus one pan wonder
Asparagus is a superfood. Its full of vitamins & minerals and low in calories. High in fibre – so fills you up & kind on the digestive tract. Lots of Vit K for clotting and strong bones, Anti-inflammatory, Anti-oxidants, natural Diuretic, helps during Pregnancy, B1 Vitamins for energy & Glutathione – a detoxifying compound to destroy carcinogens.
In this recipe I have it on Atlantic Salmon in my 1 pan wonder – so easy and tasty.
In a little Olive Oil or Coconut Oil, cook the Atlantic Salad on a medium/high heat for 4-5 mins on one side.
Turn over and add squeezed lemon – good for alkalizing to help reduce inflammation.
Add your asparagus to the pan and put the lid on.
Cook for another 3-5 mins.
Check if fish is cooked by peeling the middle with a sharp knife. Serve and eat.
